Friday 12 September, Civic Center, after riders meeting
WHPSC 2025 was organized by a team of people after Al and Alice handed over post 2024.
We will need to form a new team of organizers for future events.
Goal:
Identify people that are committed to joining the core organizing team or helping with specific tasks
Not in scope of today’s meeting:
Not a forum for lots of wild plans and suggestions
Not a forum where decisions will be made
The dedicated track is not in scope of this meeting, but you can sign up if you would like to get involved in that as a related but separate project.
