Vehicle details

Each registered vehicle has a cost of USD 500 for the vehicle and the first rider. If you add additional riders on the next page, each of these incurs an additional cost of USD 250 per rider.

Example 1:

If you are a sole rider with 1 bike, simply select 1 vehicle here, enter the details and select 1 rider on the next page. The total will be USD 500.

Example 2:

If you are a team with 1 bike and 2 riders, select 1 vehicle here, enter the details and select 2 riders on the next page. The total will be USD 750, USD 500 for the bike and the first rider and an additional USD 250 for the second rider.

Example 3:

If you are a team with 2 bikes and 3 riders, select 2 vehicles here, enter the details for each vehicle and select 3 riders on the next page. The total will be USD 1250, 2 x USD 500 for each bike including one rider and an additional USD 250 for the third rider. The riders are allowed to swap between the bikes.

IHPVA Membership, WHPSC Waiver, and Insurance

Anyone who is on the racing surface during event road closures must be an IHPVA member to comply with insurance requirements. This includes but is not limited to riders, builders/owners, team advisors/managers, team members, officials, and volunteers at the WHPSC. These persons are considered WHPSC Participants. As noted on the membership form, IHPVA Membership fee is $35 (USD) per person: IHPVA-Membership-Form-V1.0-2025.pdf

All WHPSC Participants must sign the waiver for the event: IHPVA-ABR-Waiver-WHPSC-V1.1-2025.pdf
To facilitate, please bring hardcopy of completed membership forms and signed waivers to the WHPSC. Blank membership and waiver forms will also be available at the event.

The club (IHPVA) is a member of American Bicycle Racing (ABR). The event (WHPSC) is registered with ABR. The club and event are covered by the insurance carried by ABR. All IHPVA members participating at the WHPSC are covered by the insurance policies. Liability insurance protects the event, the IHPVA, and ABR against claims by outside entities, including but not limited to spectators, ranchers, motorists at roadblocks.

If you wish to receive copies of the general liability insurance policy documents, please email a request to info@whpsc.org and they will be emailed to you.

Please check that the number in the IHPVA dropdown is equal to the total number of people in your team, minus any current IHPVA members. The number selected in the ABR dropdown should be equal to the number of riders you are bringing.
